1. Booking & Payment

• A non‑refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time.

• Remaining balances are due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise stated.

• Your session is not confirmed until the retainer is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainers are non‑refundable. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Weather, illness, or emergencies will be handled case‑by‑case.

• No‑shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the retainer.

3. Additional Fees

• Additional fees may apply for: • Extra images • Multiple locations • Larger groups            • Additional outfit changes, etc.

• Travel fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area.

• Props, rentals, or permits are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.

4. Session Expectations

• Please arrive on time and prepared. 

• Late arrivals may reduce shooting time without a price adjustment.                                             (and possible cancellations)

• Children, pets, and group sessions require appropriate supervision.

5. Image Delivery

• Standard gallery turnaround is 2–3 weeks.

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

• Final images are delivered via an online gallery in high‑resolution digital format.​
